Licence model, installation, support hours, SLAs and how escalations work.
What does RoomAlyzer cost?
A combination of a per-sensor annual subscription and a one-off hardware cost. Typical per-sensor subscriptions land between €40 and €80/year, with sharp discounts at portfolio scale.
What's included in the subscription?
Platform access, dashboards, mobile app, alarms, API, integrations, support and software updates. Hardware replacement under warranty is included; replacement batteries are sold at cost.
Are there setup fees?
Enterprise deployments include a fixed-price onboarding: site survey, floor-plan import, account configuration and staff training. Smaller deployments (under 50 sensors) typically don't need formal onboarding.
What are the contract terms?
Default contracts run annually with 60 days' notice. Three- and five-year contracts come with price guarantees and deeper discounts.
Can we invoice as a public-sector customer?
Yes. We serve Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German public-sector customers directly and can invoice through standard e-invoicing channels (EHF, PEPPOL and OIOUBL in Denmark, or your local equivalent elsewhere).
Do you offer pilot pricing?
Yes. A 30- or 90-day pilot with up to 20 sensors can be set up under a short-form agreement, billed monthly, with full refund if you decide not to proceed.
What's in the box?
Pre-configured sensors paired with your account, gateways (if ordered), mounting accessories and a printed quick-start guide. Everything is labelled and scannable from the mobile app.
How long does installation take?
30 seconds per sensor (peel, stick, press) plus gateway placement (5 minutes each). A 100-sensor, 3-gateway school deployment typically takes one technician one afternoon.
Who installs the sensors?
Your caretaker, your FM partner or us, whichever suits you. We provide video guides, and the mobile app walks the installer through QR scan, placement photo and signal-strength verification.
Do we need to run cables?
No. Sensors are wireless and battery-powered. Gateways need mains power and either Ethernet or a SIM; mains is usually the only wiring required.
What if we move a sensor later?
Rescan its QR code in the mobile app and assign it to the new room. History stays with the old room and new readings accumulate in the new one.
What are the support hours?
09:00–17:00 CET on working days via email, chat and phone. Critical alarms have 24/7 response on enterprise plans, the on-call engineer is paged for platform-wide incidents.
What's the SLA?
Response within 4 business hours for standard incidents and within 15 minutes for critical production incidents on enterprise plans. Full resolution SLAs vary by severity, see the SLA page for the details.
Where's the documentation?
At support.iot-fabrikken.com, with getting-started guides, integration walkthroughs and a searchable FAQ. The platform also has inline help for every screen.
How do I report a bug?
Use the in-app feedback form or email support@iot-fabrikken.com. Include the screenshot, the URL and a rough timestamp, we'll take it from there.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Every new customer gets a 90-minute kick-off session and we run quarterly webinars for admins. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding and yearly refresher training.
